submitting coursework

When submitting coursework you should follow any specific instructions given in the assignment brief, by the Module Coordinator or by the Course Director and you should not leave submitting work until the last minute. A deadline is the last date by which work can be submitted and you should always plan to have the work ready well in advance of the deadline.

Unless instructed otherwise, all assignments for COM-based modules should be submitted to the secretaries in the School of Computing and Mathematics School Office (room 16G24). The School Office will be open for students from 9:00am until 1:00pm and then from 2:00pm until 4:00pm (2:00pm until 3:00pm on a Friday).

DES-based modules should be submitted to the School Office for Art and Design on the Belfast campus.

All work submitted for assignments must be accompanied by a assignment cover sheet. Depending on the nature of the work and the instructions given you can use either the A4 cover sheet of the CD/DVD cover version. You should take care to ensure you have completed the cover sheet correctly and that all required parts of the assignment are packaged securely and any files are accessible and work as required.

When you submit your work you should receive a receipt. You should keep this safe as it is your proof of having submitted the work.
